Artist Group and other Updates

The monthly artist group is in it's third month and we have had a good time socializing and sharing information.

I find that I am the only one dealing with chemical sensitivities to artist materials and exploring healthier alternatives.

In other news, I am participating in a group show August 21, 2009 at Infinite Grace Gallery/Posters of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, NM from 5-7pm. I have been working on mixed media paintings with watercolors in addition to shadow boxes and dimensional pieces.

I am exploring model magic and wax to attach twigs.

Completion

After varnishing the shadow box I have been working on, I found the perfect chain in color and weight. It great to find things when not looking for them. Now it is completed!
